We ask that you cancel at least 8 hours before your scheduled class. No-shows or cancellations made within 8 hours of class will result in an $8 fee. This helps us keep class spots open and accessible for all members.

Please bring your own mat and water. Mats are available to rent and bottled water is available for purchase at the front desk.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins. Doors close and lock at class start time to create a safe, calm, and distraction-free experience for everyone.

We ask that all personal items, including cell phones, remain outside of the studio space. This helps everyone stay present, focused, and fully connected to their practice.
